Terms of Service

By commissioning me you are agreeing to my Terms of Service. If there is anything in the ToS you do not agree to, please do not commission me to avoid unneeded stress on both parties. Thank you.Pricing
All prices shown are in USD($). Listed prices are for artwork of a single character only. Prices for multiple characters can be discussed through email. Listed prices are baseline and can change based on character/design complexity. I will give you a final price for the piece (assuming no extra fees need to be added) via email, before I accept and begin work on your commission.1. Payments will be done through Paypal and in USD only.
2. To protect both parties, payment will be done by Paypal Invoice only! This means I will send you an invoice once I accept your commission. Do not send any money outside of an invoice.
3. Commissions must be paid in full and up front within 48 hours of being accepted. If payment is not received in that time frame, I will cancel the commission.Artwork
Visual references are required for Character Art commissions!! If there is only written reference there will be an extra fee, as this changes it to a Character Design commission. This can be discussed before the commission to make sure we're both on the same page.

WIPs and Revisions
1. I will provide you with a sketch of the commission before moving on to cleaning up and lining the piece.
2. Changes can be requested during the sketch phase only! One big revision (redoing the sketch, changing the pose, etc.), and two minor revisions.
3. After the sketch is approved by you, I will move on to the lineart. I will send a preview of the lineart for you to look over, to make sure I didn't get any details wrong or miss them entirely. This is for corrections only, you cannot request changes at this point.
4. Any revisions after the limit shall add additional charges as deemed necessary.
5. If there is a non-subjective mistake that is my fault (missing a detail from the design), it will be fixed and not count towards the revision limit. If the mistake was made because the information I was given was not clear enough, it will count towards the limit as any other change.
6. Once the piece is colored and finalized, the only edits you can request are color adjustments and corrections. I will not provide any other edits or corrections to "fix" flaws found after the two chances previously given to address the art's accuracy.

Usage
1. You are purchasing a digital file only, no goods will be shipped.
2. You are allowed to use the artwork in any non-commercial way you would like. This includes:
Posting is somewhere else as long as it is non-commercial and I am credited.
Using the art as a signature/avatar/banner on your personal or non-profit (directly or indirectly) accounts. Credit here is appreciated but not required.
Print it in any kind of merchandising that is for personal use only.
3. I retain the copyright of the artwork. This means that you're not allowed to modify, copy, trace, use it as a base, or any other way of stealing.I will not sell your commission as prints unless you explicitly express you are okay with it. I retain the right to post the finished artwork as well as any WIPs in any websites; use it to promote my commissions or myself; and to use any files related to the commission (high resolution, .PSD files, etc.) in personal profit based websites (Patreon, Gumroad, etc.).
If you're not happy with any of the terms in the previous point, you can request to waive them by letting me know at the beginning of the Commission Order.
4. Once the finished commission is sent and approved, I am not responsible if it is deleted from my websites and you did not save a copy, or lost it. Please download, save, and secure a copy as soon as it is sent to you.
5. I have the right to reuse unapproved sketches and compositions for other personal art, commissions, etc. (This only applies to sketches and compositions that I was asked to redraw in full, not used in the finished commission, or if the Client cancelled the commission before payment/never paid. I wouldn't be using your character that appears in the sketch, only the pose and composition).

__Commission Time__
The average time for me to complete a commission is anywhere from one(1) day to one(1) month. I will be working on commissions on a first come, first served basis. If you have a specific deadline for a piece, please let me know when requesting a commission. This will determine if I feel I'm able to accept your commission or not. If there is an expected date, or request to be moved to the front of the line for your commission there will be a rush fee added depending on the request.
If I run into any delays while working on your commission, I will reach out to notify you.Please respect my time and work; it is best to reply within a day to emails and WIPs that I send. If you repeatedly take more than two work days to respond, I may have to let another commission take priority in order to complete pieces in a timely manner.
If I am given a set deadline or timeframe to complete a commission, I will expect prompt replies. I will not be held liable for late or unsatisfactory work if any messages I send go for more than 24 hours without a response.

Refunds
1. I have the right to cancel and refund commissions at any given time.
2. You are allowed to cancel the Commission at any time before payment.
3. Once the payment is made, the Artist will not do refunds under any, besides the following, circumstances. If I have any problems that make it so I cannot finish the Commission within a one month time frame after the payment was made, I will offer a full refund. The one month refund does not apply in the case of slow progress if it is because of the client's stagnant communication.I will only offer refunds if any of these circumstances occur :
- Full Refund if I have not started your commission due to personal circumstances.
- Partial Refund if it's beyond the Lineart phase, and I'm unable to complete the commission due to personal circumstances.
4. You agree to refrain from doing chargebacks of any kind, during or after the commission has been finished and delivered.
Filing a chargeback against me through Paypal, will take away your rights from any artwork done in the past, or during the current commission process. You will be black listed, and won't be able to purchase anything from me in the future; let it be commissions, adoptables, custom designs, etc.After the commission is finished, refunds are ineligible.

Final Disclaimer
1. I have the right to decline any commission.
2. Orders are non-refundable once work has started on them.
3. You must have an open mind to artistic interpretation when commissioning artwork, as I will be adapting your request to my style.
